Gov. Brian Kemp (R-Ga.) poked fun at the cultural divide around electric vehicles, arguing they’re not always a fit for rural life. “You can’t pull a bass boat with a F-150 Lightning,” he said in a conversation with POLITICO's Jonathan Martin, contrasting EV skepticism outside cities with their appeal in places like Atlanta.
