Charlie Kirk’s accused assassin, Tyler Robinson, appears in a Utah courtroom today for a key pre-trial hearing — his first in-person appearance since his arrest. The judge will hear arguments over a media coalition’s request to join the fight over sealed evidence. Prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty if Robinson is convicted.
