Watch: Pro-Palestine Columbia students breach academic building

Pro-Palestinian student protesters at Columbia University early Tuesday entered the same campus building that students advocating for racial justice occupied in the 1960s, a significant escalation at the elite institution that launched dozens of campus demonstrations across the world. The breach began around 12:30 a.m on Tuesday, the day after the university suspended students who refused to leave the so-called Gaza Solidarity Encampment for nearly two weeks.
